WHO YOU'RE WORKING WITH

Staying up to date with the latest research in sports nutrition and strength coaching is what I do, so you can be assured that you are training and eating optimally in accordance with your goals.

Helping my clients see what their body is capable of and finding the right approach to help that individual love the process is the foundation of Compound TN. 

I am:

- A qualified personal trainer.

- An Accredited Sports Nutritionist.

- A competitive Powerlifter with a decade of training experience. 

I also hold a degree in mathematics, statistics and physics; my academic background will always be the foundation of my evidence based approach to coaching and training.

I am also currently studying an additional undergraduate degree majoring in nutrition.

You can't design a research paper to answer every question, and you'll miss the big picture if you solve problems on experience alone. Time and time again I've found that leaning on both of these elements to solve problems for my clients has been at the core of our success. 

I provide:

- In person coaching and nutrition consultations.

- Online training and nutrition coaching with regular correspondence and reviews included.
